How do I place an order?

Browse the products on my website, then use the contact form to tell me what you’d like to order. Please include your preferred pickup date and any flavor, color, theme, or design details. I’ll contact you to confirm availability, final pricing, pickup details, and payment before your order is scheduled.

How much notice do you need?

Monthly menu items are generally available with at least 24 hours’ notice. Custom orders typically require at least one week, depending on the quantity, design, and my availability. Detailed designs, special molds, toppers, or larger orders may require additional notice. Need something sooner? Feel free to contact me to check availability.

Where and when is pickup?

Orders are available for scheduled porch pickup in Ocala, Florida. The pickup address, date, and time will be provided when your order is confirmed. Orders must be picked up within two days of the scheduled pickup date unless other arrangements have been made.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Limited local delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on the location and my schedule. Shipping is not available because I cannot guarantee that my handmade treats will arrive in the condition and quality I expect for my customers.

How can I pay?

Payment may be made through Square Invoice, Venmo, or Cash App. Payment instructions will be provided when your order is confirmed. Your order and pickup date are not secured until the required payment has been received.

Question 6

What is your payment, change, and cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Payment is required in full to secure your order and pickup date. Orders are not considered booked until payment has been received.

Minor changes may be requested up to seven days before pickup. For cancellations made more than 10 days before pickup, the amount paid can be applied as a credit toward a new order placed within 90 days. Cancellations made less than 10 days before pickup are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?

All of my products are labeled with ingredient and allergen information in accordance with Florida Cottage Food requirements. Because products are prepared in a home kitchen, they may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please contact me before placing your order.

Can I send inspiration photos for custom orders?

Absolutely! Inspiration photos are welcome and help me understand the colors, theme, and style you're looking for. Designs will be original and inspired by your ideas rather than directly copied. Because every order is handmade, slight variations from inspiration photos may occur.

Copyrighted characters, logos, or other protected artwork cannot be reproduced without permission. I may be able to create coordinating colors, generic themed elements, or other original designs that capture a similar feel. For example, paw prints and coordinating colors could be used instead of a Paw Patrol logo.
